To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a full-time or part-time permanent position at our location in Milan for a:
Head of Brand Relationships (f/m/d)
In this key role, you will actively shape the external impact and brand loyalty of our Seaquip trade fair. As Head of Brand Relationship, you are a central networker and bridge builder between brands, media partners, industry associations and the event platform right from the start. You are passionate about connecting brands, content and people and have a feel for the marine technology industry.
If you can build relationships with substance, think strategically and have a feel for relevant trends and topics, we can offer you a varied, innovative role in a committed, appreciative team.
Your tasks:
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with leading Italian and European boat builders and relevant premium brands
- Actively shaping the brand staging at our Seaquip trade fair, for example through VIP programmes, awards and curated show formats.
- Development of an innovative content strategy that picks up on industry trends and translates them into eye-catching formats
- Establishing a network of opinion leaders (‘Gods & Heroes’) and an advisory board with representatives of leading brands
- Conception and implementation of effective brand loyalty measures in close coordination with the event management
- Analysing target group potential and visitor dynamics to tap into new and relevant audience segments
- Monitoring key market trends and deriving strategic impulses for the further development of the trade fair platform
- Acting as the central point of contact for all topics relating to brand partnerships and content innovation
Your profile:
- Completed studies in marketing, PR, journalism, event management or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the marine industry
- You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new topics thanks to your structured and goal-oriented way of working
- As a real organisational talent, you are able to multitask and work on topics thoroughly and in detail
- You are confident and stylish in discussions with decision-makers
- You are characterised by strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of resilience
- Willingness to travel to the events
- You have a very good command of written and spoken Italian and English
