During your marketing internship at Easyfairs, you will be exposed to all aspects of a marketing campaign for one or more of our major international exhibitions and work hands-on within the portfolio marketing team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Execution of tactical marketing plans including advertising, direct mail, email, online and PR campaigns

• Liaising with exhibitors and external partners, such as designers, printers, and mailing houses, to support the production and timely distribution of promotional materials
• Support event-related communication tasks, social media management and engagement

• Ongoing maintenance and development of event websites and app

• Working closely with members of the sales and operations teams to ensure the relevance and timely delivery of all marketing activity
• Coordinate event support staff, including recruitment and on-site activities
• Assist with collecting and organizing materials from exhibitors, sponsors, and partners

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Marketing or Event Management.
• Be Native Italian speaker or near-native level (C2 or equivalent)
• Be Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Be extremely organised and able to multi-task across a number of projects simultaneously
• Ensure attention to detail
• Be a team player – who can also work on their own initiative
• Have a strong drive for continuous improvement
